During this 3 day Wellness Retreat, you will have the opportunity to learn skills such as managing fear, moving through self-doubt, and mindfulness, while also experiencing an inclusive space. Through our body and mind workshops, you will learn ways to enhance your mental health on a daily basis and live a more grounded holistic life.

Earth Day Retreat

One thing I’ve learned about sustaining balance in my own mental health and well-being is that I can’t walk the journey alone. Embodying a balanced lifestyle requires so much knowledge from a variety of different sciences and a plethora of research-no one person, including myself, can know it all. 

To help you find other folks on similar wellness paths, we created different online workshops covering topics like contentment, mental illnesses, outdoor adventures for beginners, and more in order to continue the conversations that often begin on social media, but have no space to form a community. 

Although we don’t have any workshops planned for the rest of 2021, stay tuned for live workshops in Moab as well as workshops coming in 2022!
